Cut in pieces the mushroom and boil it 10 min. In a little salt water in which you put lemon juice. In thick mayonnaise mix the mushrooms. Serve with grilled meat.

Ingredients: 120 gr. shiitake mushrooms, half onion, 30 gr. butter, 100 ml. sour cream, salt. Cut the mushrooms in thin pieces, place them in the butter that you have previously fried peaces of the onion . In another bowl make zaprshka, pour on water and salt. Fried mushrooms boil 15min. At the end add the cream and parsley.
